In the Ukraine, they could see the unpolluted exit poll data and compare it with the official results. Here, the TV networks CHANGED the exit poll data (Kerry won)--altering it to fit the official result (Bush won)--late on election day, thus depriving Americans of this strong evidence of fraud. This is one of the biggest journalistic crimes our news monopolies have ever committed. There was absolutely no reason to do what they did. In fact, with a brand new electronic voting system being used nationwide for the first time, the situation cried out for verification by exit polls. That's what exit polls are used for, worldwide--to verify elections and check for fraud. Not here.
The REAL exit poll data did NOT verify the official result. It completely contradicted it, and, as we know now, it contradicted the official result in a particular way (with the official result favoring Bush in certain states) that numerous experts in statistics have found to be virtually impossible. (One group of statisticians has put the odds against this weird exit poll/official result discrepancy at 10 million to one.)
The American public was lied to--AGAIN. The news monopolies then compounded that lie by suppressing all of the Ohio and other election fraud information, and killing any discussion of these matters, including John Conyers' investigative hearings and the Jan. 6 challenge of the Ohio result in Congress.
So, I don't agree with your statement: "The theft was equally apparent here and what did we do? Nothing."
Most Americans don't know the truth about the 2004 election to this day. And those of us who do know are not doing nothing! We're doing EVERYTHING WE CAN to inform and mobilize people.
