Sequoia lawsuit update: LandShark's lawyer pauses for success
Jury verdict in Catholic Church abuse case: $8.1 million. (Randy Gordon, lead counsel, trial was actually in DC area)

Now back to the task at hand: Elections and void contracts.

As far as myself, I had a jury trial this past week against the former elected Republican prosecutor. After I complained about 6 different versions of contracts, fabricated notes on some of them, and not getting documents disclosed on time, the former prosecutor and his client had a blowup while court was on recess (witnessed by my assistant) and then opposing counsel asked to withdraw. I figured he probably had to (ethically).

The trial is now continued, but not before some fireworks and one shot-down Republican lawyer.... Next?

3. Well stated.
I can only hope you are successful in getting the courts to listen, and obtain the machine's information and software code. There is now a very agressive effort afoot by a clearly unabashed arm of the government in order to smear and destroy election reform.

4. Mow 'em down! This is in the great American tradition of kick-ass
lawyers fighting for a righteous cause. That must have been so gratifying, I can only imagine.

Great work! and Randy Gordon:yourock:
