Democratic Party in WA Needs Money
I heard on the Ed Schultz show that the Democratic Party in WA needs money. I didn't get the spokesman's name, but he said that they have spent over $3 million dollars on the fight over the Governor's race, and after today's ruling in favor of Gregoire, if the Repubs file an appeal in the Supreme Court, they are going to need more money. There's a link on their web site, at the top of the page, for contributions.

1. Thanks for the call to action.
The judge today seemed one step short of calling this a frivolous complaint. At the very least he was ticked they would waste public resources by filing a lawsuit lacking evidence of fraud.

I think the WA. Democrats should consider a counter-suit to recoup legal expenses.

2. Rossi threw in the towel?
Just read on LBN that Rossi has thrown in the towel, and there won't be an appeal.
