Victor Landa: Vote verification a matter of trust

Show this guy in TX some love! He's hit a few nails squarely on the head.

1. That is a really good article
This guy doesn't sound like he has been entrenched in this issue for months/years like we have, his fresh perspective is right on the mark. He breaks it down very well.

2. He says the Feds mandated electronic voting. They did not.
He needs to read "MythBreakers." I'll send him the url.

(--but the Bushite electronic voting machines companies did jump right in with lavish lobbying, and lapped up all that Fed money and more, and took over and "privatized" our election system, using "trade secret," proprietary software, and completely corrupted our election system, with--it looks like--Dems as their soft targets. And nobody stopped them. )

4. They almost did with the HAVA accesibility requirements.
The only alternative would seem to be an Automark sort of device which is still electronic, although the ballots it produces can be hand counted and they are made of paper.

5. yes blind, or perhas we refuse to believe our own eyes when
yes blind, or perhas we refuse to believe our own eyes when they tell us that no ballot EXISTS.

the blindness may be also in the faith that there is a ballot at all, not just one we can't see.

this blind faith is the only thing that keeps all voters from not being in an uproar from the time of their first attempted vote electronically
