Am I the only one who questions the value all these petitions?

Is this for the President? Or, is this for the Senator?

I can see that Senator Kerry would find this kind of thing very valuable to measure support, but I do not see CuckooBananas or his people even taking a cursory glance at this. I think that the WH has a special shredder for this kind of stuff. They don't care.
