4. Well, I read more this time
She said he was asking to investigate her children. But, I missed the part where she said that he didn't have cancer. It also looks like she is inferring fraud on the part of the democrats in Washington state and tried to help Rossi with his attempt at overturning things. Ugh.

5. "tried to help Rossi"
A violation of her 501-C(3) status.

6. One part i'm not concerned about at all is
having republican rank and file be concerned about electronic voting. We can not assume that all hackers are R's. But even if they are/were, Republican rank and file should be and in fact are very concerned about electronic voting.

We need a way to break outside the catch-22 of not having enough evidence to matter, vs. being 'partisan' because the evidence shows that one party was disfavored. two ways to do that are to be bipartisan and to focus on the secrecy, the vulnerability and the fact that our elections have been changed without consent thus eliminating checks and balances as the core issues to focus on.

i know others will have other issues but this is what i'm focusing on.

8. actually
he never asked that anyone investigate her children, that was a spin she used to get sympathy from the freepers. Her "children" are actually adults, by the way. Andy posted her last name from one of her previous marriages here because it was a name under which she committed some sort of tax fraud regarding a gym she and her husband owned. She actually freaked out about that name alone being posted and you could tell from the time she posted at FR that it was well before anyone mentioned anything about children that she was demanding that the post here (that only mentioned that last name and did not say "Bev Harris" anywhere..I saw it) be deleted. It was the next day that someone mentioned that one of her children had been in trouble with the law for ransacking a church which was just a snarky thing posted in response to her constant proclamations of her "faith" requiring that she tithe the church and whatnot. Still, none of her children were named and there was no call to investigate them...the information was already out there. The ONLY thing specific mentioned in that post was her former last name...all without "Bev Harris" anywhere in the thread to tie the 2 names together. I didn't even know what the heck it was all about until I saw the crap she posted at FR about people attacking her children.

As far as where she said he wasn't sick, she actually said he wasn't dying when she wrote an email to the guy who pays for the scamdy site giving him details into Andy's personal life, insinuating that there was something insidious going on, and egging him on to harass Andy about this "scam" he was supposedly pulling to steal money from us all. The guy posts as frank solich on FR, his real name is supposedly Fred Grady. The link to the email she sent him is here:

the exerpt where she claims Andy is not dying is here:

We wish Andy a recovery free of complications, and I do believe that he is indeed going in for treatment at Johns Hopkins, and that he does have significant health problems. I do not think I've seen him, personally, say that he has pancreatic cancer. That is a diagnosis put forward on his behalf by others, if I'm not mistaken. I doubt very much that he is dying, but that does not mean that he is not at risk.

I will say this: Someone in my immediate family, whom I adored, died of pancreatic cancer. We lost him in six months, he was in considerable pain, and he certainly would have been unable to travel around the country, looking plump, cherubic and rosy-cheeked, giving speeches.

Maybe it is cancer, or perhaps a benign tumor or a precursor tumor, or pancreatitis (which is no joke either). Whatever it is, I am sure he is truly sick, and I hope he gets better quickly and as painlessly as possible. At the same time, I believe he should properly disclose the actual diagnosis. He often complained that he and his partner couldn't take a tax deduction on their house because he was the only one working and the house was in his spouse's name, and our state does not recognize gay marriage. It is possible that the two of them cannot obtain a loan on the equity on their house, because neither is employed.

While working for Black Box Voting, Andy was paid a salary of $48,000 per year. Because paychecks continue for a short time after termination, pretty much like any company where you get paid AFTER you work, not before, Andy was continuing to receive his regular paycheck in December while he was posting things like "I'm down to $1.21" at DU. He also received substantial payments from a donor named Laurie Grace during this time period. He was paid about $4000 from Black Box Voting in Feb., but though he signed for it, has not cashed the check.

Whatever his financial situation, we are glad that he is receiving top-of-the line medical treatment and wish him a speedy recovery. Sometimes the things he says are very annoying, but we all eventually meet our maker, don't we?

109. Nope, it's not true.

That one lie should make Andy Stephenson fear to meet his maker.

By the way, Bev Harris hasn't had a personal bank account since July 2003.

10. When I called this person to ask her to stop egging on
the stalkers, she started screaming over me and said she wanted Andy to live so he could be "held accountable for the damage he'd done to the Movement". I could barely fathom the compassion I was hearing. :sarcasm:

I asked her to consider the consequences for herself should she continue this behavior and Andy's health deteriorate. She posted about our conversation the next day and made my suggestion sound like a threat.

Who needs to threaten her? She's a menace to herself.

11. Bev can certainly relate to this Lady MacBeth quote:
“Out, damned spot! Out, I say! One: two:
why, then ‘tis time to do’t. Hell is murky. Fie, my lord,
Fie! A soldier, and afeard? What need we fear who
Knows it, when none can call our power accompt?
Yet who would have thought the old man to have had so much blood in him?”
