Reverend Bill Moss, a patriot, a man of courage, a hero has passed.

I am deeply saddened to hear of the loss of the Reverend Bill
Moss. The tireless Columbus community activist cared deeply about
his community and he cared deeply for fair elections. He bravely
acted as the main litigant in Moss v Bush when he tried to stand
up for disenfranchised voters in his community. Sadly, the
lawsuit was rejected. I had the pleasure and privilege of
accompanying him on the Winter Freedom Bus to Washington DC to
witness the electoral college vote. I was so proud to stand with
him for fair elections in Lafayette Park. I thought at the time
that his age might have stopped any normal man. But, no, Reverend
Moss was a freedom fighter. He will be missed. A glorious light
has gone out in the Columbus activist community. My heartfelt
prayers go out to his wife and his family. We have all suffered a
loss by losing the Reverend Bill Moss. Let us carry on the fight
for him as he takes his place in the halls of glory and lays his
burden down!!

I also had the rare privilege of experiencing this amazing man in DC on January 6th, at the Nashville Election Reform Conference, and again in Houston for the Election Assessment Hearing in June. Bill was an inspiration and one of my heroes. It is a sad day.
