Ohio data sources requested -- District 2

A little help from the Buckeye's or wise souls (the two are not mutually exclusive):

I'd like to get precinct level data on Clermont that shows timelines of reporting by precinct. Specifically:

a) the data from precincts that were counted on time, as one group, and the data from precincts that had "humidity" problems (the famous 91);

b) or even better the data as it was reported by precincts 1-100 (those that were counted on time) and, if by some miracle, the Board produced similar data for the count of the final 91 humidified ballots, that sequence.

Is here some online resource for this? Would be most helpful and greatly appreciated.

1. Haven't found it yet.

OH-02 precinct vote counts are available (in XLS :-() from http://recountflorida.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewsdownload&sid=4

However, in this XLS the absentee votes that were counted before the first batch have been added into the totals for each precinct. (Also writein counts are not in the data.)

If they were not, a few hours and some perl code and I'd probably be able to figure out which precincts were in which batch.

What you are looking for might be known to them as a precinct-by-precinct "group report" or "group" version of the "canvass report." It may be the case that the only format they have that data in, though, is in a "precinct report, group summary" which means one file for each precinct.
