Update on the Arnebeck et al rebuttal to the Brazile/DNC Ohio whitewash

For those of you who have been anxiously awaiting the rebuttal by Cliff Arnebeck and the team at OhioHonestElections to Donna Brazile's whitewash of the Ohio stolen election (paid for by $500,000 of OUR money donated to the DNC), here is an update I received from Alex Rodriguez today. Alex has the primary responsibility for assembling the report.

"We have sections out for vetting and I am still waiting for an OK on some sections. We also heard from election protection attorneys fairly recently and are checking out their comments.

"We will probably be doing another section at a later date because we have so much material that absolutely needs to be put out. We are concentrating as much as possible strictly on the DNC Report itself, but frankly that report is such a mess and there are so many omissions we will in future have to supplement this analysis with a further report. Frankly most of the explosive stuff we have seems to fit better in the context of another report concerning Dem incompetence.

"We are also dealing, among other issues, with the Ohio deaths in Iraq. I do not know if you know Rosemary Palmer, an election reform activist but her son is among the dead - Heartbreaking stuff which puts the damage done every day to the country in proper context.

"I will send you the report, which will definitely be going out early tomorrow morning (Wednesday) as soon as I have it ok'd from those vetting it....

"We will be putting the report on a PDF file. Feel free to post as you see fit. (Folks: I will get up early tomorrow morning and will post excerpts and a web-link to the PDF file ASAP. FBN)

So that's the latest word from the Ohio election fraud battlefield. As soon as I can post something tomorrow morning, I will do it. Until then, send out a prayer for Rosemary Palmer and the other grieving mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters, friends and other relatives who are burying more of Ohio's young men and women in the next few days.

3. Back from Nashville celebration of 85th anniversary of women's suffrage

Just got back from a Nashville celebration of the 85th anniversary of Tennessee being the deciding state to approve women's suffrage. Great networking opportunity for our group. We handed out over 100 "Who did your voting machine vote for?" buttons and a one page flyer on the need for VVPB and MRMR, and had people tracking us down at the end of the evening asking for them.

Now to bed to await the Arnebeck/Rodriguez et al report tomorrow. Looking forward to sweet dreams of free, fair and verifiable elections; and victories on the Ohio election theft battlefield.

I imagine it is getting approvals back from people, but I still am extremely eager to see it and feeling pretty frustrated.

On this issue, the DNC, and most especially Ms. D.B., have been incredibly lame. So much so I wonder what the hell is going on.

8. Still haven't received it, but here's my game plan:

1) I will review it quickly and post some juicy parts on a new DU 2004 ERD thread.

2) I will invite people to PM me with their personal email addresses so I can send out the full pdf file to everyone who wants it within an hour or so of posting the new thread.

3) I expect that OhioHonestElections will post the full report on their web-site. If so, I will post the link. If not, I have already made arrangements for BradBlog to do a story and to post a link to the entire report.

4) I will encourage all DUers to write Alex Rodriguez, Cliff Arnebeck and OhioHonestElections a thank-you note and to send Brazile and Dean a copy of the report with the recommendation that they both go to the wood-shed and not come back in(to the fold) until they have read the full report. That way, they can finally learn something about the 2004 Ohio election theft.

Remember, Alex R. indicated that the report they are releasing will likely be the first of two or three reports -- the cluster-fuck that was Ohio in 2004 (and the watery whitewash that was the Brazile report) cannot be fully rebutted in a single report, according to AR.

Keep holding your breath. Me, I'm going out to cut the lawn and take my mind (and eyes) off my computer screen for a little while. Soon come, I hope, I hope.

I "insulted" her by asking whether or not they were investigating Ohio from the point of view of voter disenfranchisement or election fraud.

That was the answer I got. "Don't insult me."

What do you think she meant? Who the hell do I think I am for having the audacity to question her? I mean, I guess I don't even deserve an answer, right?

I have another question for her. Who the hell IS she? And who made her the gd authority to decide such things for all of us?

13. Yeah. She's a perfectly pompous pill. We sent her the audio ...

... from the two hour Ohio election theft panel at the National Election Reform Conference back in April, which included Cliff Arnebeck, Bob Fitrakis, RH Phillips, Bernie Windham and two people (Richard Reinoehl and Joanne Roush) who participated in the recount. Since Brazile et al had not bothered to speak to any of them (or their counterparts) before publishing their chicken-shit (and bird-brained) report, we didn't want them to be able to say that they didn't know any better. We busted our asses to get them the tape before they released the report and we never got so much as a simple "thank you" for our efforts.

Joke Donna Brazile if she can't take a fuck. Anyone who hangs around with Karl Rove (which she professes to do) smells too much like shit to be welcome in my neighborhood anyway.

Surely they have at least said something about why it isn't out yet? I have looked on the site, though not yet today.

Sorry I keep pestering you. This is just a big deal to me, and I have been so upset for so long about it.

I'm thinking of finding some like-minded performers and working up a revue, or skit, or something we can do "about town" just to call attention to the ridiculousness of all thoes votes changing one way, and all the exit polls being off the same way.

18. Latest word from OHE web-site: "as soon as possible"

This morning, the following statement was posted on the Ohio Honest Elections web-site, after the site was pretty much unreachable most of yesterday:

"Our apologies for recent website difficulties. Also, because of unavoidable delays we have not released our response to the June 22, 2005 Democratic National Committee investigation into the 2004 election in Ohio. We will post the response as soon as possible."

I have written Alex R. to ask what that means, but his email box is full. (I re-routed the message to their "webmaster" address but haven't heard anything.) I am sorry to have raised expectations (none higher than mine) by posting this thread on DU, based on Alex's note to me last week and their statement on the OHE web-site that the report would be released this past Tuesday.

My guess is that, with the funerals of Ohio young men killed in Iraq and the need to cross all the "t"s and dot all the "i"s on their rebuttal report before releasing it, they are being appropriately cautious. Since Cliff Arnebeck is the leader of Ohio Honest Elections, I know that their final product will be well worth waiting for (and as they say, it may be just the first of three separate reports to be released in rebuttal to Brazile.)

So once again, sorry to raise false hopes based on premature information. Now it's time to go back to holding our breaths for their report. At least when we do that, we will all turn darker shades of blue.
