4. You should check in the DC 'state' forum

There may be some clues about hostels or other cheap places there. The other good thing is public transportation, you can stay outside of the city and still not have to drive in. I got a decent deal at a hotel near National airport - and it's only a $10 cab ride to the capitol, and the Metro is right there too.

And protest of inaccurate counting machines and unverifiable elections. Should follow all the way around the White House.

9. Well, I can understand where you are coming from

But I think this one should focus on the war. I am sure there will be a large impeachment contingent too, and it would be a great place to spread the word and pass out flyers about the stolen election and why we need to fix the system.

For the record, the election/recount Ohio rallies I went to in December had depressingly low turnouts :(

and will be there Saturday for about 8 hours, then riding back home.

I already committed to DC when I heard about the Portland conference. That is an incredibly important event too.

12. I'm going, covering the event for a small San Diego newspaper

and maybe a website or two.

Quite a few San Diegans are going. We'll be sending back a group photo from the White House lawn, hopefully with everyone wearing "IMPEACH BUSH" gear.

I'm in VA so I'll be at all the festivities covered in LynSynn's blog except the 7am event...sorry, that's my bed time, close the top of the coffin and that's it.
