I am not a fan, I am just mentioning it because everything said on the airwaves about election fraud and reform matters.

My main complaint right now: She was asked whether Kerry won Ohio and she said 'probably' and then explained the problem in Ohio as voter suppression. She did not mention all of the information that indicates computer fraud!

4. I don't think it is archived...

At least not at AAR. She was interviewed on 'Politically Direct' on 8/28. The site is at <http://shows.airamericaradio.com/direct/> -- no audio archives, though.

2. I don't disagree with Harris....

I don't have any fondness for her personality, as it is very hostile towards anyone questioning her.

As a resident however I don't disagree....voter supression in Ohio was a huge problem by Bill Anthony and Blackwell. And likewise, there's alot of double-dealing going on.

The second part of the interview is interesting....hearing about the Dan Hursti hack made me uneasy because of how many optical scan machines are in place. The fact is Ohio was stolen but we don't have all the information yet on how they did it.

This is the part that I believe needs real scrutiny....Who in the democratic party was assigned to those counties like Warren. And further what did they see, who from the Board of Election kept logging onto the computers. I want to know where Robert Diekmann (a diebold employee) was for most of the election day.

We don't have any investigators determining where these people were. Basically to prove fraud outright in Ohio, we need exactly as Harris said, one single consistent pattern of fraudulent activity and the source code from his office.

Under the law, nobody in the state can keep this data from citizens for "trade secret" purposes. The litigation to overcome rules about proprietary trade secrets is ongoing and was recently torn apart by Washington attornies. Sequoia & Diebold have to, as reason of the constitution turn over their audits for inspection at some point.

Stonewalling will not erase this....and to get evidence of the crime, investigators absolutely need that code.

I am 10,000% behind her on that one.

Also: The disenfranchisement of voters is critically important, I agree with you and Harris. So long as one person is denied the right, everyone's right is in jeopardy. The disenfranchisement was huge and it was used to throw up a smoke screen to keep the investigation from moving on to investigating the code, IMO.

What makes this different from previous electoral theft is we are talking about something entirely different here. We’re talking not simply just about people registering someone who’s deceased or people voting twice. We’re talking about a rip off exponentially larger and more complicated than any that’s ever been seen in this country’s history. And were talking about an imperceptible rip off in so far as it relates to the counting of the vote. Traditional electoral fraud has usually involved getting people to cast votes (vote early, vote often, deceased grandparents; have them vote). This is small potatoes indeed compared to an electoral theft that has involved, among many other devices, electronic touch screen voting machines manufactured by companies managed and owned by wealthy Bush partisans. We’re talking about, in the case of OH, central tabulators manufactured by a company called Triad.

I read all of the legal docs that Arnebeck filed last January - and would very much like to see & hear more about the 65,000 votes - it will take pushing the court cases up to a level at which Ohio BOE members and Sec of State Blacksick are compelled to testify under oath.
