Kathy Dopp's group, still analyzing the elction data from 04 plans to submit the data to a scientific journal, she says.
The regular update which they send out also has some other interesting material in it. Here's the update I received.
Just a quick FYI:
Ron Baiman and David Dodge have been working on analyzing the recent
Ohio precinct level exit poll data that was made available through the
Election Science Institute and I've just published the updates today.
New title and one more author. We are not trying to get more signees as

Archive is part of a research grant proposal in response to an RFP put
out by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission. Here is my resume:

Please donate to NEDA now if you can afford to because I remain unpaid
for over 14 months and we need to raise the funds to continue to pay
Thomas Knight our system admin/programmer to get the election data
document archive finished.

Mission:
The National Election Data Archive is a scientific project whose mission
is to investigate the accuracy of elections through the creation and
analysis of a database containing precinct-level vote-type election data
for the entire United States. By making detailed election data publicly
available and, when warranted, by informing election officials and
candidates of probable errors in local vote counts, our goal is to
ensure the accuracy of vote counts so that correctly elected candidates
are sworn into office following future elections.
