I need copies of complaints filed, where a county has sued to get out of a contract with a voting machine vendor. The crapola is hitting the fan in NJ. Sequoia has not been able to deliver Advantages on time, my county Essex, has accepted delivery of 49 DREs out of 700, that were due Feb 28th. We have Muni elections on May 9th, LOL.

I also am in the middle of organizing 6 fundraising events for 2 NJ Dems running against "R" incumbants. While driving a taxi 60 hrs a week.

I do not have a copy of our Sequoia contract- I am working on that.

Additionally -- news atricles about public officials talking about similar situations.
