Who can get to Ohio & brief the Kucinich campaign on Ohio Election Fraud?
Edited on Tue Apr-25-06 07:58 AM by IndyOp
Right now very expensive campaign ads are being run for Rebecca Ferris (DINO) -- and she does not have the $$ to run such ads...
<http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=132x2587554>

Also Rethugs are being directed to cross-over during the primary to vote for Ferris (to unseat Kucinich)...
<http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=172x17007>

All of this, IMO, is being done so the Ohio GOP can STEAL THE ELECTION -- there won't be enough people to cross over to get Ferris the votes she needs and Dems are going to vote for Kucinich (at least as evidenced by reports of lawn signs all over Ohio-10).

WHO AMONG us can get an audience with Kucinich campaign staff to brief them about Ohio election fraud: 2004 (Pres) // 2005 (Hackett/Schmidt and the voting referendums) // 2006?

It looks to me like we've lost Kucinich already -> Guess what kids?

On Election Day, May 2nd, the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections will present our new electronic voting system. Electronic Voting will replace punch card voting. Electronic voting devices are easy to use, secure and accessible to all of our voters. The touch screen machines are similar to using an ATM machine at your local bank. Although you will not get a “receipt”, you will be able to review your selections on the enclosed verifiable paper audit trail before casting your ballot.

Want to see how the verifiable paper audit trail works? Look for a link to a video at this page: <http://boe.cuyahogacounty.us/electronicvoting.htm>

Neither the video, nor the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections page indicates the vendor - but it looks like it is Diebold - judging from documents about cost comparison and contracts when you scroll down the page.

Please keep in mind that verifiable paper audit trail means NOTHING unless 100% of the votes on that trail are recounted no matter what the outcome. Ferris wins by 54% - recount all. Ferris wins by 62% - recount all.

4. I forwarded both of these articles to:
Freepress, Ohio Vigilance organizer, and OH Chapter of PDA organizers-all of whom are very supportive of Kucinich. I also sent it to connections within ODP.

8. We ran into Kucinich on the Capitol grounds during HR 550 lobby days...
FWIW, he thanked us for all we are doing and said he KNOWS how extremely important this issue is.

I hope this is true and he really gets it!

9. I think Kucinich is a *lot* more informed than most, but his last

statement on this was that he supported HR2239 - which calls for 0.5% surprise audits - and that isn't enough. We need 100% recount. I don't mean to attack him at all, I mean to support him.

On Edit: THANK YOU!! for going to DC for HR550 Lobbying Days -> :patriot: :applause:

10. That was my sentiment in 2004 - we all thought that Dean and Kucinich
understood the urgency of the machine fraud then, but they COULDN'T have grasped it fully because I believe both of them would have crusaded against them before the election and forced the DNC to secure the machines or at least made enough noise to get the attention the issue needed.

They didn't - so they really just didn't grasp it fully then.
