There was a request for information about this product from another list I belong to.

Apparently, it generates a custom ballot for each voter.
"Each voter sees only those issues (e.g. national, regional or local) on which he or she is entitled to vote. Depending on the needs of the organization, the same issues may, but do not necessarily have to appear on each ballot."

It prevents duplicate ballots, only allows "eligible" voters to vote, and "the tabulation system is completely observable. Because of the nature of the tabulation system, it can report results in minutes following the reading of the last ballot, and can report on virtually any level"


Does anyone know anything about this?
