Arkansas Election Administrator Robby Selph resigned from his job saying this about Election Systems and Software, “The reason I am leaving is the provider of the Ivotronics and related software lacks competency to make their equipment work timely and effectively. They ... make a difficult job impossible to do. They can’t spell, meet deadlines, send documents to the right address or code elections correctly. They leave races off the ballot for us to correct, they can’t program their software to work and you have to hand add the results. And they don’t return phone calls. The ES&S people in Arkansas are capable but the people I have dealt with in the home office in Omaha prevent them from being effective. They are also mean-spirited when you try to get them to correct the numerous and recurring errors.”

How many of our votes are counted by these people?...Well, that's too many!

10. My memory is that Hagel's first win was very questionable at a lot of levels....

Seems to me that I read an article in a major mag a couple of years back outlining the questionable win and speculating on the possible trek to the White House. Scary stuff.
These are ethical and practical questions that we have let folks get away with without nearly enough questioning.

2. EES helped out Deb Pryce big time in 06.

4th ranking republican in the House, Deb Pryce (R- Central OH) was in a tough
race against Mary Jo Kilroy (D). I did a lot of volunteer work for Kilroy.

Pryce never polled above 44 %
By the 3rd week in Oct. she was down to Kilroy by 12 points
Fox News called the race for Kilroy 52 to 48% at 8:15 PM on election day

Pryce was "re-elected" by 1,000 votes.

EES was the voting system used.

while he was in the job, he is helping to replace them. No telling what he may be doing now that he is out of that job. :shrug:

Election Administrator Robby Selph, who is also a certified public accountant, turned in his letter of resignation last fall.

As the county’s election administrator, he coordinated all elections from ballot preparation to hiring the election workers for the general elections, political party primary elections and school elections.

It's exasperating that the decent resign in protest of the indecent.
Like the FISA judge who resigned in protest of bushco's illegalities.
Protesting and STAYING seems a lot more effective than protesting and leaving.

17. I know why he resigned. It’s still bad news.

There are plenty of bushbots who would covet that position.
As we’ve seen, too many operatives are willing to work hand in hand with election rigging companies, leaving votes uncounted, or counted incorrectly.

They couldn’t care less about voting equipment not working, ballots being misprinted, machines going on overnight stays with election workers, etc. Whatever goes wrong, they blame it on “glitches”, poll worker incompetence, etc.

But none of that matters once they have achieved the ENDS they wanted -- their candidate firmly entrenched in office. No matter how obvious the theft is, as in the case of Jennings or Busby.

We need honest people to stay in office.
If the election rigging companies and their gear don’t work, officials can push for emergency paper ballots.

It goes without saying that the election rigging companies want the clean officials gone -- Ion Sancho, Bruce Funk, and Kevin Shelley can attest to that.
