Ohio and the RNC's Smartech Computer
On election night, 2004, with everybody looking to Ohio to determine the outcome, the process of adding up and broadcasting the vote totals came down to Smartech's output: bush by just 120,000.

Remember GIGO? Garbage In Garbage Out?

Imagine if the report from Ohio came out saying Kerry had won.

Or even that it was tied, or too close to call?

As it was, the report from the Smartech computer carried the tide for bushco, and the rest is history.

And we still don't know the real total out of Ohio, do we?

Pivotal Ohio 2004 Vote-Kerry Was Ahead-Then Server Went Down for 90 Minutes-Result-Bush Had Lead!

It was the OHIO SoS's website hosted on a SMARTech server.
There was no mystery computer.

It was not "SMARTech output." It was the OHIO SoS reporting what the counties reported.

It was not "the report from the Smartech computer." It was from the Ohio SoS and the Ohio government rented server space from that hosting company because their server could not handle election night demand. YES< blackwell was being nepotistic, in the RNC family sense, giving business to someone the RNC favored. So prosecute him for that, I guess!

3. Did you actually read the link?
Here is the best:

You've been spamming the board, claiming it's all lies. I'm sick of it and your credibility is shot.

You don't seem to consider that the numbers which came in were cooked. But the link shows that the numbers used from the counties were fraudulent to begin with, yet you seem to believe those numbers were honest, and that is why your credibility is shot.

5. Thing is
The published story calls for a complete investigation while alleging that the Smartech computer had a controlling interest in how which numbers were broadcast.

On election night, the perception of how the count went was what came out of the Smartech computer. The perception was that bush won Ohio, something that we all now know is false.

Remember in 2000 when Gore lost something like 16,000 votes due to a computerized report? It was at that point that bush was declared the winner.

Pretty much the same thing happened in Ohio, 2004.
