I'm speechless.
State suit could affect 1 million votersWisconsin Attorney General Van Hollen sued the state Government Accountability Board Wednesday, saying it must crosscheck voter names with driver's license records for ... everyone who filed registration papers on or after Jan. 1, 2006 - more than 1 million people.
...snip...
Board officials say it is common for voters to have data that does not match for innocent reasons, such as missing middle initials or mistyped driver's license IDs.
One in five voters who registered to vote last month initially failed the data check.
Van Hollen has said he is asking a court to require clerks to make the checks, but not to force the board to remove anyone from voter rolls if they fail the checks. But critics are questioning that because
Van Hollen's suit asks a Dane County judge to issue an order "to remove ineligible voters" from the voters list.

Missing middle initial?
This is how they make sure dead people and felons don't vote?
So the Wisconsin Attorney General is playing Blackwell... isn't that nice.
This just boils my blood.
