MADDNESS-Full 6th circuit throws out 3 Judge decision on OH Registration Database
Just when you thought it couldn’t get any crazier, the full 6th Circuit threw out its 3-judge panel’s ruling from last Friday. Brunner’s to magically re-configure the Statewide Voter Registration Database (SVRD) to the wishes of a particular party whose name begins with R. SCOTUS, anyone?
