Excellent News Everyone:
Election integrity activist Jason Osgood is officially running for King County, WA Director of Elections! Media release below.
Osgood is a long-time advocate of paper ballots and transparent elections. I think the election integrity community nationwide needs to get behind this campaign and spread the word with the faithful! This is the best opportunity in ages to make real progress on the issue of election integrity in King County and elsewhere. Many DUers are surely familiar with the chaos and corruption of KC elections. Our community could actually be a role model on this issue instead of an embarrassment! I can only imagine.
It already looks like at least 3 Republicans are in this thing, plus a gob of other potential randoms. If Osgood can pull the Democratic base I think he has an outstanding chance to win and turn around one of the worst Election Divisions in the Nation.
Donate money! Donate Time! Go Jason!
