I continue to believe that if TX had fair voting thru-out the state, it wd be a blue state.

And I don't think anybody can prove me wrong, certainly not by the so-called outcome of so-called elections. Unless the voting is transparent and verifiable, it's not possible to really know who won any election. That's the actual fact in TX; that's generally the fact in the US as a whole, i.e., the US is not and cannot be a democracy with its present election system.
