NY: Disquieting Video Meant to Reassure Voters About Optical Scan

This video features an apparent scanner problem, the usual disinformation about HAVA (from Robert Donovan, co-chair of the New York State Democratic Lawyers Council, an attorney who doesn't seem to know much about HAVA requirements), a discussion of the overvote notification problem, and mention of County's lawsuit that seeks to declare all this crap unconstitutional. There is also some disinformation about the 3% audit.

For extra charm, John Conklin, spokesman for New York State Board of Elections, demonstrates a poll worker examining your marked ballot. Privacy much?
