Attn: Wisconsin voters, poll workers and recount observers!

If you witnessed or experienced any problems in the April 5 election, or observed problems in the recount of the State Supreme Court election held on that day, please report them to a new independent reporting system set up by Protect Our Elections, Velvet Revolution and Election Defense Alliance. These groups are collecting reports and evidence of anomalies in the election to be used in case of investigation, election challenge, civil litigation, or criminal prosecution.
