John Kerry was right
This is the most important election of our lives.

This is the election that will determine if we still have a legitimate electoral process in the future.

If we let them get away with letting Diebold steal Ohio for them, then you can count on them doing it in every election from here on out.

1. No. Not quite.
This is the election that will underscore the need for a progressive future for the party.

In other words: out with the fucking DLC.

4. Don't be stupid. This is it. Our country is finished if they win.
There is no progressive future.

2. We are up against a whole lot more than Diebold. We are up against

a corporate behemoth with a very big plan and the means to carry it out. And who knows where the deceipt begins and ends....but it's clear that our government is very porous when it comes to corporate influence and power...with many corps much more powerful than the government itself. If we are thinking along simplistic party lines and not looking at the bigger picture....unanswered questions about 9/11, the voting machine fraud, global trade, oil, currency issues, that were never fully addressed by either party, etc., then I think we will remain rats in this maze.
Make some intelligent leaps as regards the reality of the current changes that continue to erode the government and our country's institutions....

3. Dover, I'm glad you're still up....
I'm taking a lot of comfort in knowing you're seeing all the things that I'm seeing, too.

I'm just pretty much in shock right now, as is, I'm sure, a little over 1/2 of the country, that worked our asses off to get this mafia taken down.

This is a huge mafia operation. It has to stop, and this election cannot be allowed to go forward. It has to stop here and now.

I don't know what Kerry has in mind, but I'm hoping he turns the boat into the shore, and kicks the enemy butts, once again.

:kick::kick:

6. Good to see you too loudsue!

Well, we'll see Kerry's true colors. But I think the only reason people are shocked is that they keep buying into the illusion being created (including myself, even when I know better) losing sight of the bigger issues and getting caught up in the match rather than who the backers are and their intentions. Afterall, we KNEW more or less how this would come down, but ignored that because we still want to BELIEVE them. Why? Because the implications of what's really happening may be too overwhelming and we really don't know what to do about it. And the media has prepped us for months, pretty much telling us how it would be.

7. Kerry has a good team and lots of Generals covering his back
I guess what we need to do is kick in $$$ to help fund this fight.

I am not about to get depressed or give up -- because from the way the people responded to him when he was campaigning -- he is the winner.
