Anybody know about any incidents of election irregularities in 2003 KY Gov race? Does anyone know what kind of machines (or other voting techniques) were used? We're looking for similar patterns as occured in OH 2004. ie. it may (along w/ CA 2003 Gov Gov recall) have been a test case for 2004.

35. KY is a hotbed of militia activity

and as I'm researching the right wing extremist role in the election, come to find out that there's a contingent of the "Moorish" sovereign citizens in Cuyhoga County. These are people with the same basic tactics as the sovereign citizens, but they're Black. They'd certainly be perfect ones to operate in the Black neighborhoods without getting much attention. Might also account for the unusually large number of Peroutka/Badnarik votes there.

I know it's an aside... but I found it extremely interesting. Will look for more KY stuff soon.
