Rummaging for Books in the Farmer's Market |
|
I often peruse the Farmer's Market in New Orleans, mostly for books but also to see what the latest T-Shirts Say. I found a couple of old Pinnacle War Books (Fiction) and they are quite enjoyable. Just finished "Fighting Submarine" by Edwyn Gray (first published 1981) about a British Submarine Commander, his life and loves right before and after the start of WWII. Ya never know what gems you might find if ya dig a little deeper.

They feed the body and the mind with wholesome goodness. I bought gladiolas , tomatoes, and books at one recently.
That made my day!
