Has anyone read Two Old Women by Vilma Wallis?

I just read it, short and easy to read, and I found it very motivating.

I feel totally inadequate right now. And like a real whiner.

5. I Read It a Long Time Ago

And I remember thinking, "I'm certainly not a survivor." I found it very interesting and think it would be a good book for a book club, but I guess since I'm not a survivor, I didn't find it motivating! :blush:

6. LOL, I don't think I am a survivor either. But I don't think these two old

women did either. They just were not willing to lay down and die. I have a feeling that you could be more of a survivor than you realize if you were pushed to it. None of us want to just give up.

Though I recently heard an analogy about people--some of us are dandelions and can survive everywhere and some of us are orchids and need "perfect" conditions. I think I may be an orchid! lol

when some authority contradicts your opinion. God, I should know better after all these years. Now don't you feel bad about any complaints you have? Makes me feel like I have power again.
