Many will be without power tonight as the ice and wind take down trees and power line.

Hoping to escape that fate, time will tell. It is freezing rain and blowing hard here now, you can hear the rain pelting the side of the house and windows.

6. It's starting here in NY tonight

Supposed to be at its worst between 9-3 tomorrow. I just took my dog out and it's already coming down. We got a preview earlier today, made the already bad roads even worse. But they're already announcing all the closings for tomorrow, the third Wednesday out of the past four that we've been snowed in. And we're supposed to be prepared for this stuff here in NY, but my street is still a mess from the past two (three?) storms. And this one is supposed to be the worst yet... :(
