February is Library Lovers Month.
I know most people here love their library every month, but this is one of those "official" designations.

Remember your local library this month. If you have the means, donate to your library or buy a book for them. Visit your library. Wish your librarian a happy "library lovers month". Volunteer if you can. Ask them what you can do for them---I was surprised that my library was taking donations of printer ink cartridges (which I can furnish more often than I like because of all of them we generate at work). Donate used books and magazines for book sales if your library does this.

I love my library, and I want to insure that it is there in the future.

1. Join "Friends of the Library" too...
They have book sales of the books donated to them. Lots of good buys at the sales - lots of "how to" books - gardening, plants, cooking, etc., as dictionaries, as well as fiction. Our "Friends" is only $10 a year.
