Which kinda surprised me. Curiously, while I do the bulk of my reading flat on my back, it goes much slower that way.

A book that lays flat is a real plus on whether or not I'll like it.


You have "reclining" as a choice up above - what did you mean reclining? Like on a recliner chair or what?

11. Reading

When I was in school, I often finished classwork early even in an accelerated program. I would read in my desk, looking down at the book in my lap.
It's how I taught myself to read. We had desks in kindergarten, and I was annoyed at the slow classwork... it was a waste of my time.
Anyway, I read now sitting up with a book in my lap, hunched over it as if to protect it from some teacher.
