I've read two of her mystery novels featuring Faith. not mysteries like a murder happens and the detectives solve the case. Faith is a journalist that covers wars and the like and took awhile to get her mind together after being in Iraq. she happens upon mysteries and gets involved, like it or not.

the first book takes place when she is sent to the newspaper's Russian office, for the second time. a look at Russia you probably didn't know. title: Vodka Neat

the second book titled: Broken Faith takes place when she is sent to Italy where a truly amazing mystery is laid bare.

Faith is a down to earth woman - drinks too much, smokes too much and has delightful sex and is an excellent journalist. You will like her.

next I'm going to read her The Bad News Bible novel.

which is The Bad News Bible - my library doesn't have it, so it's going to be an interlibrary loan.

Will let you know if I like it....we have the next two at our local site.
Don't have the last - My Favourite Poison (2008) here either.
