A couple of really good novels I've recently read
As the Crow Flies by Ann Marie MacDonald
and
Backroads by Tawni O'Dell

Anyone else read these books?

1. I've read both, and loved As the Crow Flies
Backroads was OK.

I actually listened to the audio version of both and Ms. MacDonald did the reading on her book. Often authors aren't necessarily the best choice, but she did an excellent job.

2. I read "As the Crow Flies" and was very impressed.
The first time I had run into Ms MacDonald too.

3. I've been staring at 'Back Roads' on my book shelf for over
a year, but haven't been able to immerse myself in it. I think that's one you have to be in the mood for.

4. I loved As The Crow Flies
That one kept me turning the pages. It was beautifully written and so evocative of the period. I cried; I really cared about the characters.

I haven't read "Backroads"...I'll have to check it out. Thanks!

5. 3 Wise Men
I just read this great new Book, "3 Wise Men" by Stephen M. Buckler. It's a political thriller and I liked it even more than Da Vinci Code. It's about a newly elected Senator with a torrid past. A bio lab has been taken over and someone is killing mid-east leaders, but all is not as it appears. You won't believe who the "terrorists" are. A must read for all liberals who like thrillers.
