Sam Harris - The End Of Faith
Has anyone read this? or heard in on CD? As an atheist I'm intrigued.

1. Read it and loved it. It's one of those books I'll keep at hand always.

I've never thought of myself as an atheist, but, sure looks like I'm leaning hard that direction. You don't have to be an atheist to enjoy reading this book. He does appear to come down heavier on Islam, but he backs up the dangers of Christianity also by quoting passages from both the Koran and the Bible. He goes into the dangers of religion in general. Sorry, at the moment I've forgotten so much. I think I will re-read it. Thanks for the reminder. :) You should definitely read this book.

4. I read a copy of the hardcover edition from my local library.
I plan to buy a copy of the paperback edition that is currently available. I believe additional info is included as is often the case with paperback editions of books.

3. I just read it. I thought it was very good at pointing out the problems
with religion in government. I did get somewhat offended, but not because of my religion or lack of. More because of being a progressive. I would recommend it highly.

6. Read it last week. HIGHLY recommended. Very Bold, Original, On-Target
This is the best book I have read in a long time on these issues. Highly Recommended. It should be in every public library, and every public school library.
