"The City of Falling Angels" by John Berendt

I'm nearly finished reading it (Books on Tape). It's OK, entertaining, interesting......but....but.....To me it's nowhere nearly as good as "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil", which I thought was absolutely fantastic.

(The new book is non-fiction; the former was fiction, though based on some actual events).

I think it would be hard to top (or even come close to matching) "Midnight," which I thoroughly enjoyed.
