has anyone else read "The Efficient Society" by Joseph Heath ?
I have just started it but it seems to really cover a lot of ground. It explains it's positions much in the same understandable language of "Freakonomics". I bought it thinking I would learn more about the Canadian health care system, but it so far covers economics as a whole.
