1. the premise looks really interesting and plausible.
I can see how the desires of my ancestors for MORE and BETTER land as they migrated across the country could show up in outright greed in my family now. What was once a key to survival -- constant striving for more food or comfort -- becomes quite a burden to a modern person.

2. I only just started it, but he talks about how globalization
is basically killing us, mentally and physically. Its a short read. About 250 pages, not including end notes. Definitely worth picking up.
