Did anyone read Gaming The Vote: Why Elections Aren't Fair (and What We Can Do About It) by William Poundstone?
I found it fascinating. William Poundstone is not some partisan writer or political junkie, rather he writes about logic and math and how it relates to historical and contemporary events.
He is not talking about hanging chads and computers programmed to return a specific result. Rather, it is about how our very voting system often returns results that do not reflect the will of the people. It also explains why we have this two party system, which leaves a lot of us feeling left out and discontent.
Again, this doesn't seem to be a partisan rant or have a bias either way (Liberal or Conservative)
