Area 51: An Uncensored History of America's Top Secret Military Base
Did aliens crash a flying saucer in Roswell, New Mexico more than 60 years ago?

And was the wreckage taken back to the mysterious "Area 51" military base in the Nevada desert?

As CNET Executive Editor Molly Wood reported on "The Early Show" Monday, a new book takes a look at Area 51, rekindles debate over both questions - and introduces a Nazi connection to the mix.

Area 51 is about 80 miles northwest of Las Vegas and is, Wood says, "the most talked-about top secret military base in America."

3. started reading and incredible detail
Haven't gotten to ufo yet but the history of military is fascinating. Actually debunked fellow all over news in Vegas years ago who said he worked there and saw ufo's flying. Recommend so far....she has interviewed incredible amount of people who have retired and never talked before and gave most detailed information.

4. This book looked interesting
At first, I really wanted to read this. But this is one of the few times book reviews stopped me. Check out some of the reviews on the Amazon site:

9. Of course it's fiction!

A fully trusted impeccable source with a military pedigree told the author that Stalin commissioned Mengele to genetically engineer children into the creatures who flew the Nazi-Soviet saucer that crashed in Roswell, a scenario which she presents as likely true.

Good thing she's helping debunk all those "conspiracy theories."

Annie Jacobsen's previously best-known foray into the Hysterical-Patriotic genre of fiction presented as "journalism" was the "Terror In the Skies dry run" hoax of 2004, in which she defamed a bunch of Syrian musicians for going to the bathroom.

10. Most of the book is fascinating research but...
The Roswell incident is based on speculation and not research, which the author clearly states.
She could not dig up any solid evidence of what happened there except for the fact that something did.

The book is very interesting and I believe accurate though and worth reading.
