Any recommendations for books about crazed rivalries?
Nothing piques my interest more than stories about two eccentrics who are obsessed with one another. Sometimes it's a couple of ideologues struggling for supremacy, sometimes it's two women fighting for the love of a man.

Could anyone point me to a really entertaining rivalry chronicle?

1. don't know any books, but the Hatfields and McCoys might be fun to look up.
I dated a girl once who was kind of a relation to the McCoy half. Meeting her 'great' relatives was a hoot. (great uncle, great aunt)

2. Books
To End all Wars by Adam Hochschild is a terrific book about
World War I. It covers the rivalries among the British
generals, families and the anti and pro war factions. Its a
great read.
