MJ's Accuser Clears Michael's Name. Oh MEDIA? Where are you NOW? ("We don't DO Pro-Jackson stuff!")

FUNNY how THIS isn't splashed all over the front pages of newspapers, magazines, and on Teevee now, huh?

The media is remarkably silent about it, of course, because Michael's name might just be cleared. Ohh they don't want to report that. "We don't DO pro-Michael Jackson stuff! It doesn't SELL!"

UNLIKE when the allegations were made - the media had them smeared all over every teevee station, magazine, and newspaper.

WHERE ARE THEY NOW?

If this was some dirty, smarmy, negative rumour about MJ, they'd have it plastered everywhere.

And the medialoid junkies out there just KNOW that if it ain't on CNN, MSNBC, ABC, et al then it CAN'T BE TRUE, and it can't be NEWS right? :sarcasm:

(not that anything these purported "news" outlets report really ever is "NEWS" - more like medialoid infotainment/corprat-friendly highly skewered propaganda at very best)

Washington The alleged abuse victim at the centre of Michael Jackson 1993 molestation scandal has cleared the late star’s name by saying the King of Pop ‘never touched’ him, the singer’s brother Jermaine has revealed.

Jordan Chandler was 13 when his father Evan claimed that Jackson had molested his son.

Jackson was given a clean chit in the court and settled the dispute with the Chandler family and its legal team with a payoff worth 22 million dollars.

Jordan, now 29, was said to have spoken about the case since Jackson's death, confessing the superstar never molested him, it was claimed.

I should add that MICHAEL didn't 'settle' this. His INSURANCE COMPANY paid the $22 mil. MICHAEL had nothing to say about it and in fact, was against the payout.

1. "it is claimed", "said to have spoken", ....maybe the alleged victim should say something himself to
the media directly.

2. And maybe it's all a crock made up by his defenders.
I will never understand how Woody Allen is vilified but Michael Jackson is adored. Never.

3. Why should MJ be treated differently than any other person who has been ruined in the media falsely?

10. The media...
MJ's lawyer had mentioned that everyday in court, they were devastating the prosecution but every night when he would watch the news he would hear a totally different outcome. He said if the media had been reporting what really went on in that court room, some of the public wouldn't have turned against MJ. I remember it well how the media would report about certain "facts" from the case. The media was itching for the greatest show on earth because they know what sells to the gullible public. I remember they were discussing MJ's fucking prison cell for God's sake because they were salivating for those jurors to find him guilty so he could be sent to prison. They just knew it would happen. They could smell it! Wishful thinking on their part. SONS OF BITCHES!

4. It's a hoax. Jordan never recanted.
That's why the media isn't covering it, they checked into it and found it to be a hoax.

You're right that Michael, at least publicly, fought his insurance company to prevent the settlement, and that he never agreed to it. The insurance company wanted to save court costs, Jackson wanted to save his reputation. It's possible that Jackson only made a show of protesting, though, so it doesn't prove anything.

I doubt the accuser's story, if you're wondering which side I fall on.

7. Again you're ignoring snopes
What a fantasy world you live in...you'd fit right in at Neverland!

And..you are aware there is such a thing as innappropriate contact that doesn't involve touching? Such as exposing oneself and masturbating and sharing a bed with little boys? I'm waiting for Jacko's son to declare he was never dangled over a high rise balcony...

9. The link is broken but I think I know where they got their info from
Apparently Jermaine Jackson recently was speaking to a group of youngsters and he mentioned that Evan Chandler committed suicide and it proved that his brother didn't molest his kid. He is also going by a confession that is circulating over the internet that is fabricated. So basically, Jermaine is suggesting what most of us are suggesting and that Chandler's guilt drove him to the suicide which is speculation.

What isn't speculation and is fact is what MJ's attorney Tom Mesereau said about the three witnesses he had that said Chandler told them it didn't happen and that he would never talk to his parents for what they made him say. Unfortunately Chandler never showed up to testify (in the Arvizo extortion case).
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1BhNd3C7dCc

Everyone thinks once enough time pass, Jordan Chandler will come out and admit that he lied. Imo, I don't think he will because if he does admit it, he would have to return the money his father extorted from MJ.

A lawyer tells the truth about as often as a Palin supporter has an original idea.
