25th ann rock n roll hall of fame concert

the one they just had in nyc a few months ago. Does anyone know if they are going to release this thing on dvd? I've been waiting patiently and all that I've seen come out so far is a few comprehensive sets, spanning the entire history of the hall of fame, which i want too but i really want the most recent one, just some flat out great performances and collaborations.
anybody have info on this?

1. i believe HBO has the broadcast right to the show...

We watched it and it was great.

I recorded the whole thing on my AT&T U-Verse...

2. I'm sure they'll be releasing it soon

With all the buzz about it, they're going to want to make money from all the people who don't have HBO and anyone who'd just like to have it. They put all of their series on DVD, so it's probably going to happen soon. They probably just have a certain time frame that they have to wait or maybe they're putting together something that includes backstage, behind the scenes footage. THAT would be cool!!

4. It was a great concert

I thought I saw it out over Christmas (the DVD that is), but I guess that must have been something else. If HBO is gonna release it expect to pay a fortune, those bastards. 99 bucks for Carnivale...REALLY, HBO??
