"She has made up her mind," a friend of the actress told Us Weekly. "She is talking to her lawyer and definitely decided to file for divorce from Jesse ... She is over him."

Though the "Blind Side" actress is said to want nothing to do with James, she is reportedly giving him a tongue-lashing when they occasionally speak on the phone.

He said James is still in love with Bullock, 45, and hopes their five-year marriage can be saved.

James, 40, recently checked himself into an undisclosed treatment facility "to deal with personal issues" and to "help himself, help his family and help save his marriage," his rep said in a statement.

He cheats on her with the absolute sorrowful piece of trash that he did. With her more than obvious implants. meant to be together- both all tatted nearly alike. i like
tatts, but hers on her face are too much. sandra just had to
do a 'bad boy', hope she gets a real man next time.  AND  just
goes to show- not everybody will let you back in even after
ONE screw up. bet he thought he'd at least get one more

Once a cheater always a cheater. Good luck to Bullock, I'm sure she feels a little embarrassed about what she said at the Golden Globes when she said Jesse always had her back. I hope she is able to move on with out to much drama.
