"At Risk" on Lifetime Movie Channel
This weekend I watched the television adaptation of Particia Cornwell's book "At Risk". I was not impressed with the movie. The movie itself was not that good. Beyond that the acting was subpar, especially Andie McDowell as the district attorney running for governor. I just did not buy her as the politician. Her acting was not believable. It at times seemed melodramatic. Unless she was trying to seem like an unbelievable politician she did a bad job in the role. The acting of some of the other actors was almost as bad.

1. Cornwell's books are lousy. The early ones were good.

2. I watched it, as well.
And agree. The movie was not good. I felt that it would have been better made had it been a two-parter. There would have been more time for the characters to be developed. As it was, you barely got a chance to know who the "bad guy" was!

3. This movie was a waste of my time. I haven't
read a Cornwell book in years. Andie McDowell was miscast in this movie. She doesn't do mean ladies very well.
