3. They were kind of a phase I went through....

when I was going through a rough divorce involving infidelity (my ex-husband's...) and I only had the one album cuz it suited my dark mood at the time (mid 90's). I didn't realize until I heard about the guy's death that he was the same age as me; I figured that he was a lot younger than me.

Hope the music brings back better memories for you!

Now I always assume they are younger than I am. It's amazing how many musicians/songwriters actually turned out to be older than I thought they were.
