Live Action Movie Review - Undead or Alive
Country of origin: USA

Year: 1997

Genre: Comedy/Western/Zombie

Story: Two harmless outlaws steal from a crooked sheriff and leave town. Meanwhile, a Native American zombie curse affects a local resident.

Acting: Not very good.

Humor: The movie is filled with jokes, but I never really laughed. If you are twelve years old, or drunk with friends, you might enjoy the humor more than I did.

Violence: There are some bloody scenes, but fairly tame as far as zombie movies go.

Sex: Very brief zombie boobs.

Overall: I like comedies and westerns, and I love zombie movies, so I had high hopes for Undead or Alive, but the movie was not very good. I don't recommended it.

2. It was so bad I didn't even include it in my zombie reviews that I did here.
I included a couple horrible ones that were bad in a fun way, but this was just bad.

Oh well, onto the next zombie flick! :)

Think I could start a flame war here if I say that I thought Zombieland was only ok, and not even in the same ballpark as Shaun of the Dead?

3. I thought Zombieland was pretty good, but Shaun of the Dead was better.
Shaun of the Dead even appealed to people who are not fans of the genre.

I would recommended Shaun of the Dead to most people but Zombieland to just zombie/comedy horror fans.
