Sir Terry Pratchett's Going Postal to come to UK TV.

Pratchett fans on both sides of the pond: Rejoice! Sir Terence's wonderful novel Going Postal is being made into a TV movie by Sky TV - the same people who made Colour of Magic and Hogfather. It should be on the 'telly' in the UK sometime this month, and will probably be available on DVD for us Yanks later this year.

From the previews, it looks like this will be as good as Hogfather, which was very faithful to the book. It also looks like character of Adora Belle Dearhart will be even sexier than she was in the book.

Sir Terence Pratchett does a wonderful job of portraying strong female characters: Sergeant Angua of the Watch, Susan Sto Helit, Sacharissa Cripslock and Adora Belle Dearhart. The glimpses we get of Adora Belle in the previews make her look a bit of a dominatrix!
