Shia Slams Spielberg, Bay for Movie Missteps
http://www.comcast.net/entertainment/reelnews/6980/shiaslamsspielbergbayformoviemissteps/

I'm hardly LeBeouf's biggest fan, but I'll give him props for owning up to the crap films that he's been a part of.

1. I have to agree with him here. And I'm not a fan by any stretch of the imagination.
I can not stand the Transformer movies and I was so disappointed in the Indy film. I thought it royally stunk.

2. Comcast sucks
They never let me use my Mozilla based browser (SeaMonkey) on direct links.

3. Really? That's messed up.
I use Firefox, and for all of Comcast's myriad failings, my internet service has always been superb.

6. Funny thing is, Firefox is based on the same Mozilla code
But a few websites wont let me use my browser, and I hate using IE.

As a Comcast customer I cant even use their email unless I use IE, so I dont use their email.

7. Any particular reason you don't switch to Firefox?
I don't mean to bust your chops about it, but I'm curious.

I stuck with IE for far longer than I should have. When I moved to Firefox, it was like discovering the internets for the first time all over again!

8. I've used Mozilla since it branched off from Netscape Communicator
I tried several variations of Firefox, but it always had a memory leak on my PC, which I havent had a problem with using Mozilla and now SeaMonkey.

In fact I've found Firefox to be nearly identical to my browser, and a little slower on top of that.

Theres only two websites I have found problems with, Comcast and Alternet (which crashes my PC when I try to load that site).

Neither site is a must for me.

4. I agree with Shia..I tried to

5. Hard to argue with the sentiments
Of course, it's easy to trash Michael Bay.... too bad that videos aren't still a viable media, might have spared us some truly bad films.

10. Uh...?
I thank Mr. Comcast for posting it front-and-center on their homepage when I got online today. Comcast's homepage is great because they never bother you with actual news stories, and they helpfully hide such stories behind a few layers of entertainment news (a lot like HuffPo in that regard, come to think of it).

Did you send me a missive with this story? If so, color me

13. Interesting how Shia slams Michael Bay and the second Transformers movie but has no problem signing

on and filming Transformers 3.

I've thought Shia was really only decently good in just two movies: Disturbia and Eagle Eye.

Everything else he was meh.

14. He truly does seem to have a limited palette of on-screen techniques
He might turn into an actor, I suppose, but right now he spends all his time hyper-reacting and mugging for the camera.
