Drunk, naked Charlie Sheen trashes suite at New York's Plaza Hotel

Cops were called to a midtown hotel early today after a drunk and naked Charlie Sheen had trashed his suite, authorities said.

Security at The Plaza Hotel on Fifth Avenue called police just after 2 a.m. where they found Sheen, sources told The Post.

Tables and chairs had been thrown around the room and a chandelier was also damaged, sources said.

After he returned to his room with an unidentified woman, he noticed his wallet was missing, causing him to fly into a rage, sources said.

Just saw this on the AP;

NEW YORK (AP) — Charlie Sheen's representative says the actor was taken to a hospital after an allergic reaction to medication.

The spokesman, Stan Rosenfield, said Sheen is expected to be released Wednesday.

A law enforcement official said Sheen was hospitalized for a psychiatric evaluation after a woman told police he was throwing furniture in his room at New York City's Plaza Hotel early Tuesday.

The official says the 45-year-old star of CBS' "Two and a Half Men" was not arrested, but checked himself into a hospital for an evaluation.

Allergic reaction to medication? So that's what the kids are calling getting high these days.
