House featured in 'Sleeper' movie sold at auction

GENESEE, Colo.—The clam-shaped house on a mountain west of Denver that was featured in the 1973 Woody Allen comedy "Sleeper" has been sold—again.
Mortgage holder Bayview Loan Servicing LLC filed to foreclose on the property in June. Businessman Michael Dunahay bought the house in 2006 for $3.43 million from John Huggins, Denver's director of economic development.
The house resembles a wide-mouth clam on a pedestal. It was designed by architect Charles Utter Deaton for his family in the 1960s and is known as the 'Sleeper' or flying saucer house.
