As far as I can remember, she got probation because she had a relatively clean record up to that point. Whereas hasn't Lohan already been found in contempt of court for blowing off probation on her DUIs? Maybe I'm mixing her up with Paris Hilton, but she definitely has a history. I'll be surprised if she gets probation this time.
